 “Dear Lisa, Just wanted to express my appreciation for all you did to guide  us through the selling the property...  When you took over it was like a Tsunami leading us to prepare it for the market.  We would have had great difficulty prepping it for the listing without your experienced advice on what to do and even more importantly you knew who to obtain to do the work and even got bids. Your experienced eye, and HGTV-like eye immediately knew what to do to make it attractive and modern.   I was amazed at how fast the work got done thanks to your energy and skill.  I was sweating how to find contractors myself and obtaining bids......would have taken me forever.  You removed a lot of stress from me because I was dreading making all of that happen.  When we saw the floors after the rugs were removed we were really concerned as to what and how we were going to have to do to do repair and refinish them… but like an angel you quickly got a low bidder to come in and perform the miraculous repair and refinishing.  What a relief  that was.  Communications with you and Suzanne were frequent and informative.....we always felt a part of the entire process and transactions… Suzanne is a treasure,  she was so very helpful and sensitive to the need to keep us informed throughout the process.
